Rules of online appointment queue reservation

When booking an online appointment at Immigration Division 1 in Bangkok, it’s essential to be aware of the rules and guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient experience. Here’s what you need to know:

Punctuality and Documentation- Arriving on time and having all required documents prepared is crucial. If you fail to show up on time, lack the necessary documents, spend excessive time making corrections, or select the wrong service, Immigration Division 1 reserves the right to cancel your appointment. If this happens, you may still use the normal queue service, but it’s best to be prepared to avoid any inconvenience.

Arrival Time- To ensure that your appointment goes smoothly, you should arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. This allows for any last-minute preparations and ensures that you’re ready when your turn comes.

Service Location- This online appointment system is specifically for those residing in Bangkok and receiving services at Immigration Division 1. If you are not residing in Bangkok, you will need to seek services from the appropriate division in your area.

Visa Extensions- For those looking to extend their visas, applications can be submitted up to 45 days before the visa’s expiry date. However, note that if you have overstayed your visa, you will not be able to use the online appointment system and will need to handle your situation differently.

90 Days Notification (TM 47)- The 90 Days Notification can be completed by either the foreigner or an authorized person. It can be submitted within 15 days before or 7 days after the due date, ensuring you stay compliant with local regulations.

Queue Limitations- Keep in mind that Immigration Division 1 will only serve one passport per queue. This means that family members will need to book separate appointments if they also require services.
